In creating in a web page why we need to follow 60% for content and 40%of creativity and designed?

We need to follow criteria 60% for content and 40% for creativity in creating in a web page. nIn order the pulblisher provide the needs of the viewer or the searcher. there are some webpage more of creativity and luck of content. Content must be improve because it consist datail, what is the inside of youre web page. There are many reseacher now searching for their projects and assignments they are signing a kind of web page that they meet their needs. If the web page more of creativity or designs the viewer will not impress your web page, it has a possible that their no viewer will viewed your web page again.. Good content is a good web page,but more creativity is not a good web page.

    Nice idea! We need to be particular in putting designs on your page because the more design you apply the more your page become overcrowded. So for us to avoid it we must follow the criteria.
